10 years’ experience in investment and commercial banking across sales, project management and business analysis at Goldman Sachs and NatWest Group. Ghazal is deeply passionate about getting the best out of people and building successful teams. She is our Co-founder, COO and is also responsible for Customer Success. She hates playing by the book and lives outside the box. In a previous life, she once stood to be a Member of Parliament and that’s why we call her our diplomat. Ghazal enjoys baking (she makes a mean focaccia) and travelling the world seeking new adventures.
